Suomen Isokivi acquires the share capital of Lahden Kestobetoni

Suomen Isokivi Oy acquires the entire share capital of Lahden Kestobetoni Oy, which manufactures precast concrete elements. Suomen Isokivi belongs to the Potius Group. Korpi Capital is a minority owner of Suomen Isokivi and the organizer of the acquisition.
