Sysi exits Grate Group through a share exchange

Sysi Oy will exit the Grate Group through a share exchange. The main shareholders of Sysi Oy will be the company's executive management. In addition, Sysi Oy will acquire the entire share capital of Sea Granite Oy in the arrangement.
