Korpi Capital invests in Kaarna Group Oy

Kaarna Group gains stronger support – a Finnish investment firm Korpi Capital becomes a minority shareholder

Kaarna Group has secured a significant investment from the Finnish investment firm Korpi Capital. As part of the transaction, Korpi Capital has become a minority shareholder in Kaarna Group.

The majority ownership of the companies will remain with the operational management. Mikko Fischer will assume the role of Chairman of the Board.
