Renoa Group Oy’s Management Acquires the Company

The management of Renoa Group Oy has completed a corporate transaction, resulting in the company’s transition to management ownership. This acquisition strengthens the company’s commitment to long-term growth and operational development. The transaction has been financed by Korpi Capital and Marko Malmivaara through his holding company.
