Korpi Capital invests in The Nooa Company

The Nooa Company secures significant investment from Finnish investment firm Korpi Capital. On April 12, 2024, Korpi Capital became a minority shareholder in The Nooa Company following a substantial investment.

The funds will be used to execute The Nooa Company's strategic growth plan. The company's majority ownership remains with its founding shareholder Anton Koski's company.

The Nooa Company has performed exceptionally well despite the uncertain conditions in the housing market and is now aiming to increase its market share as a sought-after developer of single-family homes. Demand for the company's housing projects is strong, and this new arrangement will allow them to bring even more projects to the market.

“We are excited to launch the next phase of our growth. With a stronger capital structure, we are better equipped to serve our customers, making it even safer to purchase homes from us. We will also be able to release more projects in line with our Nooa Living -concept in prime and desirable locations” says Anton Koski, CEO of The Nooa Company.

"We see tremendous potential in Nooa’s unique concept and skilled team. We are confident in the continued strong demand for Nooa’s homes and are thrilled to begin this collaboration with such a passionate real estate developer” says Mikko Fischer of Korpi Capital.
