An investor collective acquires the majority of Konepalvelu Kuivas Oy's shares

On March 28, 2024, Korpi Capital, Aleksi Siikarla, and Jesse Ahola purchased a majority stake in the shares of Konepalvelu Kuivas Oy.

As part of the transaction, the operations of Konepalvelu Kuivas Oy's subsidiary, SKT Infra Oy, will also be transferred. The acquisition will not result in any changes to employees or existing contracts.

Of the previous owners, Jani Kuivas will remain the largest individual shareholder and continue as the Chairman of the Board. Rami Tirkkonen will remain as a shareholder and continue as a board member.
