Korpi Capital acquires Robotmation shares with Reaktor and Dynamik

Korpi Capital Oy alongside Reaktor Group Oy and Dynamik Oy has acquired the shares of Robotmation Oy, which operates in the field of automation technology. The acquisition offers Robotmation Oy an opportunity for international growth and expands its ownership base by the parties to the arrangement. Robotmation Oy will invest heavily in new premises and recruit new employees.
