Mikko Leppänen asks Tatu Mäkimartti to join his investment operations, consisting mainly of wealth management with a real estate focus.

2013

Korpi Capital is established. The company centers around passive real estate investments.

2016

Leppämäen yhteismetsä is founded, and forest ownership begins.

2017

Korpi Capital expands its portfolio into industrial production and services.

2018

The company previously known as Tah Invest changes its name to Korpi Capital. The company’s office on Erottaja in Helsinki is opened as Korpi’s team grows.

2019

Korpi Capital expands its portfolio into the energy sector. Korpi partakes in ten deals as either a founder or a buyer.

2020

Korpi Capital adds to its investments in construction, industrial production, and services.

2021

Korpi establishes its operations in the energy sector and increases its business activities in the industrial construction sector. 

2023

Korpi's team is actively involved in an arrangement concerning a portfolio company in the energy sector. Tatu Mäkimartti steps down from Korpi's operational activities but remains an owner of Korpi Capital. Korpi's operations continue under a new company, Korpi Capital II Oy.
