Kiinteistö Oy Tervasaari
Kiinteistö Oy Tervasaari owns the Tervasaari barn located by the Kruununhaka shore. Korpi owns Kiinteistö Oy Tervasaari together with Kidvekkeli Oy. A high-quality, year-round restaurant and café is being planned for the location. The preliminary goal of the owners is to open the restaurant in the summer of 2023.
The Tervasaari barn is protected due to its culturohistorical value, and Kiinteistö Oy Tervasaari is responsible for renovating it while respecting the architectural heritage of the building. The city plan allows for building a new glass pavilion and a warehouse in the area.
The barn was built in 1805, and has been used as a restaurant & café since the 1960s. Recently it has not been in use. The property will remain in the ownership of the city of Helsinki.
